Commissioning Editor and Project Manager of GNET
Belle Riley Thompson is the Commissioning Editor and Project Manager for the Global Network on Extremism and Technology (GNET) at ICSR. Prior to joining GNET, she worked in journalism, public diplomacy, and has conducted research on the link between conspiracy movements and the various forces that radicalise them towards extremism.
Belle holds an MA in Terrorism, Security, and Society from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Humanities from Carleton University, where she was awarded the Senate Medal for Outstanding Academic Achievement.
